Pay by Mail
2021 Quarterly Assessments are $344.00 and are payable:
January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 , 2021.
Payments must be received at the Atlanta lockbox by the 10th of the month to be considered timely.
Payments may be made on-line - see below for link.

Be sure to include the Concord Village address for which the payment is being made or the unit account number assigned by the management company. If you don't know your unit account number please contact management at [email protected] and [email protected] Due to mail delays it is recommended that all payments be made electronically. Late payments will be assessed a late charge regardless of when mailed.
Community Association assessments for Concord Village are managed through a system with Union Bank called HOA Bank Services. Please follow the link below for access to the official HOA Bank Services site for paying these assessments.
Important: You must include your homeowner account number exactly as it appears on your payment coupon. Your homeowner account number should be in the following format: LOT001MAIN1234
