2012 Quarterly Assessments are $296.00 and are payable:

January 1,  April 1,  July 1  and  October 1 , 2012.

Payments must be received at the Atlanta lockbox by the 10th of the month to be considered timely.

Payments may be made on-line by clicking Online Payments at the left side of this page.

Effective March 1, 2012:
American Disposal Services (703) 368-0500  Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Recycling day is Friday only.
